Thank you all for a very good stay during the Valentines weekend. The rooms were soundproof and excellent quality with great views, separate cupboards, for example, just what was needed. The location was beautiful and wonderful and I could use private parking in the hotel. I didn't want to leave, so can recommend this property.
As for me, the area was such bad.

Everything was really good, met required needs, and the staff were smart people from the management down. My room was well-maintained, reasonably priced and with a large balcony. As for me, the location was stunning and wonderful, just off the steakhouse, Asian and Italian restaurants, costa Adeje and Siam park, and the nice beaches. Easily reached Capolavoro, located just a short stroll away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The whole experience was real good from start to finish, would definitely recommend. The venue was quirky and luxury, I loved the location not far from Costa Adeje as well as the sports bar, buffet, munchies at the lagoon, steak restaurant and the Japanese restaurant, and sea views. The staff was decent, dedicated with every request. The hotel was in the remote setting to supermarket which sold plenty of pastries.
